By 2025, we ensure that over 500 dentists worldwide annually follow ongoing high-quality dental education in regenerative dentistry, which we offer on a free basis, compared to the industry standard of CHF 70 / hour of training*.
* Virtual, hybrid or in-person ongoing education, accessible to dentists from developing countries. Regenerative dentistry relating to bone and soft mouth tissue regeneration to improve health and allow placement of implants for a better patient treatment globally, accepted by leading universities in Europe and USA.

By 2026, at least 35 % of women are represented in our senior management functions compared to 25 % in 2022, with the goal of gender parity by 2030*.

By 2030, our main production site in Wolhusen is carbon neutral (Scopes 1 & 2) and we commit to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi)*.
* Increasing the share of our on-site produced electricity from renewable sources to 50 %, using less than 1 % of current fossil fuels to generate heat or cooling, thanks to climate-neutral and in-house produced electricity from our adjacent river and solar panels.

The pledges taken within the STI framework relate to the sustainability policy applying to all Geistlich Pharma AG operations carried out in Switzerland and abroad. The company is therefore accountable for their implementation within the limits of its scope of activity.
